Manna AgriBio
Revolutionizing Organic Fertilizer Production
This innovation comes at a crucial time, as the global demand for organic fertilizers is at an all-time high, driven by rising environmental concerns and the need for sustainable farming practices. Traditional processes of producing organic fertilizers are timeconsuming, often taking weeks to months, resulting in a low-quality product. For Indonesia, a country heavily reliant on agriculture and facing insufficient domestic production of NPK fertilizers, our solution stands to revolutionize the production of organic fertilizers, significantly impacting global sustainable agriculture and food security.

Rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity
A sustainable agricultural system that employs ecologically based practices to benefit both farmers and the environment:
Reduced Pesticide Use: Organic farming uses fewer pesticides compared to conventional agriculture. By avoiding synthetic chemicals, farmers reduce their exposure to harmful substances and promote healthier ecosystems.
Soil Health: Organic practices improve soil fertility and structure. Techniques like crop rotation, cover cropping, and composting enhance soil health. Healthy soil retains moisture better, reduces erosion, and provides essential nutrients for crops.
Nitrate Leaching: Organic farming decreases nitrate leaching into groundwater and surface water. This helps protect water quality and ensures a sustainable resource for farmers.
Recycling Animal Wastes: Organic farmers recycle animal wastes back into the farm. These natural fertilizers enrich the soil and contribute to nutrient cycling.
Climate Resilience: By increasing organic matter in soil, organic agriculture improves water percolation. This helps crops thrive during extreme weather conditions like droughts and floods. In fact, organic yields can be up to 40% higher than nonorganic farms during drought years.
Local Adaptation: Organic farmers fine-tune their practices to meet local production conditions and indigenous variants.

At Manna AgriBio we focus on
regenerative organic farming
means to help reverse climate change by “rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity”, a program promoted by the government to overcome 72% degraded farming land in Indonesia.
GO TO MARKET STRATEGY
We adopt the Demplot (Demonstration Plot) as strategy to go to market effectively.
Demplot as a proof of concept shows how powerful our organic probiotic fertilizer in restoring the viability of the soil and directly impacting the formation of the macro and micro nutrient while the farmers see the physical evidences in front of their eyes.
The plants, mostly rice will have stronger roots, bigger and greener stems, less impact of acidification, and thus much higher yields

Demonstration Plot
Farmers can witness how the technological innovation in cellular biology improves their productivity and reduce the cost of framing.
Currently we have signed agreements with farmers to do demplot in 50 ha paddy fields in Jatiluwih-Bali (the Unesco Heritage site), 100 ha in Samarinda, 50 ha in Batu dan spread out throughout Jawa.

Chemical Fertilizer
- Water is infested with weeds & moss
- Dry yellowish leaves
- Smaller and skinnier stems
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
- Water is clean
- Lush green leaves
- Bigger and fuller stems
The water in paddy fields that use Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer tends to be clearer, because organic fertilizers naturally improve soil conditions and water quality.

Chemical Fertilizer
Causes shallow root growth due to the quick release of nutrients, leading to less resilient root systems.
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
Encourages deeper and more robust root systems through slow nutrient release, enhancing plant stability and resilience.
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer promotes larger root growth by gradually releasing nutrients, resulting in stronger and more resilient plants compared to chemical fertilizer.

Chemical Fertilizer
May compromise plant integrity over time due to nutrient imbalances and reduced soil health.
Less dense, dry and yellowing
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
Encourages deeper and more robust root systems through slow nutrient release, enhancing plant stability and resilience.
Healthier, greener and more densely planted

Chemical Fertilizer
Rapid growth can lead to weaker stems and less dense foliage, increasing susceptibility to pests and diseases.
Has a lot of weeds, dry and sparsed
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
Promotes steady growth with stronger stems and fuller foliage, enhancing overall plant resistance and health.
Clear water, verdant and thick

Chemical Fertilizer
Can lead to soil acidification or alkalization due to high concentrations of specific nutrients.
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
Typically maintains more stable soil pH levels, fostering a balanced and healthy soil environment.
Ideal soil pH 6 to 7.5. Soil with this pH range tends to support healthy plant growth because nutrients are more easily absorbed by plant roots. Soil with a pH below 6 tends to be too acidic.

Chemical Fertilizer
Often results in rapid but inconsistent growth, which might lead to weaker plant structures.
Dry yellowish leaves at the bottom, smaller paddy bunch and shorter in height (1,7m)
Manna Organic Probiotic Fertilizer
Generally results in steadier growth, with more robust plant height and overall structure due to balanced nutrient delivery.
Lush green leaves, bigger paddy bunch and taller in height (2m)
